On vacation, and one of our front brakes locked up. We considered purchasing tools and looking into it ourselves, as we would do if we were at home. We decided it would be better to see if the dealership could take a look. They squeezed us in on short notice and changed our brake caliper for a reasonable price. All together, including waiting for our time slot, we only lost 3 hours of our vacation to our car trouble. I feel fortunate for that! Thanks so much to the service department!
