Mobile/SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging services provided by Shepard Auto Group (“Dealership,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and selecting one or more SMS consent options through a form, or by otherwise opting in through another authorized enrollment method, you agree to receive text messages from us in accordance with the consent you provided and these SMS Terms.
Shepard Auto Group operates its dealership locations, including Shepard Toyota and Shepard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, under a centralized SMS messaging program.
