We’re always looking to grow our team with standout, dedicated individuals. We are currently looking for a reliable, friendly people-person to fill a full/part-time Janitor position.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms daily
- Clean building floors/stairs and offices by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Wipe down and sanitize countertops, tables, cubicle partitions, and other hard surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Care for equipment and supplies, including changing filters and belts on vacuums, cleaning equipment basins, etc.
- Maintain an inventory and requisition of supplies
- General upkeep of building systems
- Follow proper methods and safe use of materials and equipment, and all safety regulations and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two years of janitorial experience cleaning businesses or dealerships required
- Handy, able to accomplish light/general building and systems repair work
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions specified in English
- Skill to operate essential cleaning equipment
- Sufficient strength and physical agility to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job. (lift 50-100 lbs)
- Be positive and pleasant
- Valid drivers license and must be legally authorized to work in the US
