As always, I would recommend Shepard’s to anyone who wants service, honesty, reliability. For people who think that dealers are more expensive than private mechanics, they are wrong. I shopped around for new tires, including tire specific service centers. Shepard’s prices for the same tires couldn’t be matched by at least 3 local tire centers. They were also less expensive for a wheel alignment as well. They always work on my truck at the time it is scheduled unlike some places where you have to leave your vehicle for more than one day. What a great day!!! My husband and I were planning to test drive a new Chrysler Pacifica Touring L at Shepherd today. My husband called early this morning to see if we could set up an appointment . A gentleman named Logan happened to answer our call. Here is where our experience continued to get better and better! The outdoor temperature was in the low teens.
